Tenant Referencing
We ensure that all potential tenants are fully vetted and that their references check out.
Our team also complies with all legislation and ensures that properties, landlords and tenants have the benefit of:
- Right to Rent checks
- Gas and Electrical Safety certification
- The national Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Since implementation in 2007, we have mediated less than one dispute per year.

Fully Managed Service: | 10% + VAT of rent due (negotiable depending on portfolio size) |
