I’m delighted to say that business remains buoyant at Town and Country Property Services, despite political changes and after much consideration and discussion, we have decided to launch an in-house sales department.
As a long-established and successful letting and managing agent, it’s important to stress that private rentals remain our core business. Branching out into sales is to strengthen and enhance our client service.
Our local lettings’ market remains buoyant and Brighton and Hove’s relatively high property prices have resulted in competitive yields for landlords. Most local areas are popular, but the city centre, Hove and Kemp Town continue to be particularly attractive investment locations.
You’ll notice that we have updated our website changing to www.tandcpropertygroup.co.uk as this means we can differentiate the three elements of our business going forward – lettings, building management and sales. It also gives the opportunity for growth in key property services’ areas.
